Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative care that helps patients improve their ability to perform daily living and work activities. The OT will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote independence, functionality, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine treatment needs.

Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to improve functional skills.

Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies for continued improvement.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with professional and facility standards.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Minimum of one year of experience in occupational therapy or rehabilitation preferred.

Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and communication skills.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Pay Rate
$55.68 - $58.88/hour
