Job Details
Job Summary:
-Provides assessment, treatment and education in the areas of independent living, community reintegration, functional cognitive retraining, upper extremity function, perceptual activities and assistive equipment and splinting/positioning mechanics.
-Evaluates patients, schedules and establishes appropriate treatment goals, along with anticipated outcomes, and delivers skilled physical assessments and treatments effectively.
-Delegates/supervises effectively within scope of authority to students, assistants and technicians.
-Reassesses patient’s progress, revises treatment plan and modifies goals when appropriate.
-Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
-One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required.

-N/A
Required Education:
-Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school is required.
Preferred Education:
-Masters' degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Current/valid state Occupational Therapist licensure is required.
-BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
-Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).
-Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association.
Pay Rate
$61.54 - $64.74/hour
