Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to help patients develop, restore, or maintain the daily living and functional skills needed for independence. The OT will evaluate patient abilities, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that support mobility, coordination, self-care, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine functional needs.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve independence and quality of life.

Guide patients through therapeutic activities and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document all interventions accurately.

Educate patients and families on exercises, home safety, and adaptive strategies.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Maintain a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes patient success.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or outpatient settings preferred.

Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$16.50 - $16.50/hour
