Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional abilities and regain independence in daily living activities. The OT will evaluate patient needs, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that support physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ functional abilities and identify areas needing improvement.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence.

Guide patients through therapeutic activities and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.

Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

Educate patients and families on home programs, safety strategies, and adaptive techniques.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Promote a positive and supportive environment that encourages patient success.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or outpatient settings preferred.

Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, organized, and effective in a multidisciplinary care team.
Pay Rate
$16.50 - $16.50/hour
