This is a busy, fast paced Home Health rehabilitation team which provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology services to the community.

18-20 visits / week
One weekend day / month (weekend coverage typically sees 4 evaluations or 1 Start of Care and 2 evaluations)
The ideal candidate:

The requirements:
Degree from a CAOTE accredited school
Current state licensure or eligibility in Occupational Therapy in Maryland
Has one (1) year Home Health experience, but would consider candidates with experience in the inpatient or skilled settings as well
Lymphedema experience is a plus
Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
Focuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence
Experience with documentation utilizing EMR
The responsibilities:
Deliver quality outcomes driven occupational therapy services
Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
Conduct patient and family education Meet all clinical, department, and regulatory expectations
Participate in a positive work environment to promote teamwork and communication
