Nurse Practitioner – Oncology
We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with oncology experience to provide advanced patient care and clinical support within an oncology setting. The NP will assess patients, manage treatment plans, support symptom management, and collaborate closely with oncology physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, high-quality cancer care.
Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor patient conditions, and evaluate treatment responses.

Develop, implement, and adjust oncology treatment and symptom-management plans.

Conduct follow-up visits, review diagnostic results, and provide patient and family education.

Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic evaluations.

Prescribe medications and supportive therapies in alignment with oncology guidelines.

Coordinate care with oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other specialists.

Document all clinical findings, assessments, and care plans accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.

Oncology experience required; certification in oncology (AOCNP) preferred.

Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and symptom management.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-education abilities.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced oncology environments with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Pay Rate
$98.58 - $103.46/hour
