Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide exceptional sleep care through telemedicine. In this role, you will screen, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing sleep-related issues while shaping the efficiency of our clinic’s workflow to ensure optimal patient care. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine.
• Thoroughly document patient interactions using a customized EHR system.
• Apply appropriate billing procedures for telemedicine services.
• Participate in quality control and improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Respond to patient messages and calls in a timely manner.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists and medical facilities as needed.
• Stay current with AASM guidelines and adhere to clinic medical protocols.
Required Qualifications:
• PhD or Doctorate Degree in Nursing specialization (Required).
• Master’s Degree in Nursing Practice specialization (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing specialization (Required).
• High School Diploma (Required).
• Active NP license with authorization to practice in multiple states (Preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a patient-focused approach in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with patients via telemedicine.
• Tech-savvy and innovative with the ability to work in a digital healthcare environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
• Flexibility to accommodate patient needs across different U.S. time zones.
Shift Details:
• Start Time: 8:00 AM
• End Time: 5:00 PM
• Unpaid Meal Break: 60 minutes
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday
• Guaranteed Hours: 24 per week
• Coverage across all U.S. time zones
