Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to support clinical and aesthetic services within a medical spa setting. The NP will perform advanced clinical assessments, assist with regenerative and aesthetic procedures, oversee nursing staff, coordinate care, and document clinical services accurately in collaboration with a supervising medical director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments, review medical histories, and order appropriate labs and diagnostic tests.
• Assist with PRP injections, PRF dermal fillers, and regenerative treatments.
• Oversee registered nurses providing Botox, PRF, and hair restoration services.
• Conduct consultations via telemedicine or in-office visits.
• Support prescribing workflows, including GLP therapies, under medical direction.
• Coordinate care with external specialists as needed.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic health record.
• Support patient education and ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in medical spa, aesthetic medicine, or regenerative services preferred.
• Knowledge of hormone replacement therapy (female HRT and male TRT) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with PRP, PRF, injectables, and cosmetic procedures is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical teams.
Pay Rate
$93.50 - $98.37/hour
