Registered Nurse (Rehabilitation)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (Rehab RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. The RN will support patients through the rehabilitation process by administering treatments, monitoring progress, and collaborating with the therapy and medical teams to help patients regain function and independence.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation process.

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.

Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and adjust as recovery progresses.

Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to coordinate comprehensive care.

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, home care, and adaptive techniques.

Document all nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.

Promote a safe, supportive, and motivating environment to encourage patient recovery.
Qualifications:

Current RN license (active and unrestricted).

Minimum of one year of experience in rehabilitation, med-surg, or related nursing field preferred.

Strong knowledge of rehabilitative nursing care and patient education techniques.

BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.

Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to promoting patient independence and wellness.
Pay Rate
$51.29 - $54.49/hour
