Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and functional independence. The OT will assess patient abilities, design individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions that promote mobility, coordination, and self-care.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine functional needs.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance independence and quality of life.

Instruct patients in therapeutic activities and use of adaptive equipment.

Monitor and document patient progress, modifying plans as needed to achieve goals.

Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and home safety strategies.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional and facility standards.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Minimum of one year of experience in occupational therapy or rehabilitation preferred.

Knowledge of therapy techniques, adaptive equipment, and patient care principles.

Excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate and patient-focused, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$60.08 - $63.28/hour
