Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The RN will support a diverse patient population, monitor clinical status, administer treatments, and collaborate with the care team to promote safe recovery and optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
Monitor vital signs, assessments, and patient responses to treatment.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and physician-ordered interventions safely and accurately.
Assist with pre- and post-operative care, including wound management and patient education.
Document all nursing care thoroughly and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff to support patient progress.
Promote a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for patients and families.
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted RN license.
Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient-care skills.
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
