This position is available for local clinicians only. Candidates must have a local address and hold a valid WA MA license.

Hours may fluctuate slightly:
The MA in this position will accompany the provider.
The Provider's hours are:
M – 1p-5p or 1p-530p (alternating every other week)
Tu – 8a-5p
W – OFF
Th – 8a-3p
F – 8a-12p
(MA schedules typically start 15 mins prior to 1st patient and then end after provider has seen last patient)
**Listed as 3x11.5's for accurate pay to reflect**
**MA-C REQUIRED***

**Floating to sister clinics may be required, discuss with manager
