Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized LVN/LPN Clinical Note Review Specialist to support compliance review processes. The specialist will validate AI-reviewed clinical documentation, ensure completeness and accuracy, and confirm alignment with regulatory and internal standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliant, defensible documentation prior to billing approval.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review AI-flagged clinical cases for compliance with internal standards and Medicare/LCD/NCD requirements.
• Validate supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and defensibility.
• Identify gaps or errors in documentation and escalate findings to leadership when required.
• Provide structured feedback to internal teams to support continuous client education.
• Document review outcomes in compliance systems, ensuring full accuracy and audit readiness.
• Stay up to date on regulatory and payer rule changes that impact documentation expectations.
Required Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of wound care, documentation processes, and related clinical terminology.
• Familiarity with CAMPs, skin grafts, or similar wound care products preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
Pay Rate
$37.00 - $40.00/hour
