Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
Monitor and document patients’ health status, reporting any changes to the supervising RN or physician.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote a safe and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
BLS/CPR certification (required).
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

$27.14 - $30.34/hour
