Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
We are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide quality nursing care and support across a variety of healthcare settings. The LPN/LVN will assist with patient assessments, deliver routine treatments, monitor changes in condition, and work closely with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and documenting patient status.

Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.

Assist with wound care, comfort measures, and daily living support.

Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to the supervising RN or provider.

Support care plans and help coordinate patient services.

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure as an LPN or LVN.

Clinical experience in acute, long-term, or outpatient care preferred.

Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
Pay Rate
$36.65 - $39.85/hour
