Job Description:

Provide direct patient care including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.

Monitor and document patients’ health status, reporting any changes to the supervising RN or physician.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
-
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
-
LPN needed for LTC department
MUST HAVE A CURRENT, UNRESTRICTED CO LICENSE
LTC experience required
MDS Experience preferred
HOUSING: SHARED Housing Available The housing is furnished and is within the city limits and includes WI-FI and cable. NO PETS ALLOWED, NO SMOKING.
Shifts: Days-6:00 am - 6:30 pm
Minimum Years of Experience: 3
Pay Rate
$39.58 - $42.78/hour
