Licensed Practical Nurse (Local)
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care, support daily clinical needs, and assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. The LPN will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective and timely patient services.
Responsibilities:
• Provide bedside care, monitor vital signs, and document patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments safely as directed.
• Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and routine procedures.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the RN or provider promptly.
• Support patient comfort, education, and daily care needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted LPN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, observation, and patient-care skills.
• Experience in clinical, long-term care, or acute settings preferred.
Pay Rate
$35.92 - $39.12/hour
