Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. The LPN will assist in patient assessments, administer medications, perform routine treatments, and support the healthcare team in ensuring excellent patient outcomes and a safe care environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in condition.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and other clinical procedures.

Document patient information accurately and maintain updated medical records.

Support patients with daily living activities and promote comfort and safety.

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
Qualifications:

Current LPN license (active and unrestricted).

Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Knowledge of basic nursing procedures, infection control, and medication administration.

BLS certification required.

Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
Pay Rate
$28.93 - $33.81/hour
