Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN will assist with daily patient care, monitor patient conditions, and support clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collect patient data and report changes to the RN or physician

Assist with patient assessments and care planning

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and safety standards

Support patients and families with care instructions
Requirements:

Active LPN license in the state of practice

Current BLS/CPR certification

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and follow clinical protocols
Pay Rate
$37.48 - $42.36/hour
