Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive healthcare environment. The LPN will assist with daily clinical needs, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and established clinical guidelines.

Administer medications, injections, and treatments safely and accurately.

Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and changes in status, reporting concerns to the supervising RN or provider.

Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and routine nursing procedures.

Document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner.

Support patients with daily living activities and promote a safe, respectful environment.

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications:

Current LPN license (active and unrestricted).

Experience in long-term care, acute care, or similar settings preferred.

Strong understanding of basic nursing practices, infection control, and medication administration.

BLS certification required.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.

Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Pay Rate
$30.64 - $35.52/hour
