Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Overview:
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. The LPN ensures patient comfort, monitors health conditions, administers medications, and supports daily clinical operations in accordance with facility standards and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.

Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Document nursing care accurately in patient charts and EMR systems.

Observe patients for changes in condition and report concerns to the RN or provider.

Assist with wound care, catheter care, tube feeding, and basic nursing procedures.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to support individualized care plans.

Maintain infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Support patient and family communication, education, and emotional needs.

Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Qualifications:

Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.

BLS/CPR certification (preferred or required).

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare settings.
Pay Rate
$29.33 - $32.53/hour
