Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and support across a variety of clinical settings. The LPN will assist with routine patient assessments, administer medications, monitor changes in condition, and work closely with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, documenting status, and assisting with daily needs.

Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.

Support wound care, comfort measures, and ongoing care plans.

Communicate patient changes and concerns to supervising clinicians.

Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other team members to coordinate care.

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Experience in acute care, long-term care, or outpatient settings preferred.

Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$24.57 - $27.77/hour
