Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a dependable Local Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care within nearby healthcare facilities. The LPN will assist with patient assessments, deliver routine treatments, monitor changes in condition, and work closely with the clinical team to ensure consistent and effective care.
Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on patient care including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and basic treatments.

Document patient status accurately and communicate significant changes to supervising clinicians.

Support patient comfort, mobility, and daily living needs.

Assist with implementing care plans and coordinate with team members as needed.

Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive care environment.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Experience in long-term care, acute care, or clinic settings preferred.

Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills.

Pay Rate
$35.92 - $39.12/hour
