Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. The LPN will assist with patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and support the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient health status.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Record and report changes in patient conditions to the supervising nurse or physician.

Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and other clinical procedures.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.

Support patients with daily living activities and promote comfort and safety.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated and patient-centered care.
Qualifications:

Current LPN license (active and unrestricted).

Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.

Knowledge of nursing principles, medication administration, and infection control practices.

BLS certification required.

Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
Pay Rate
$20.73 - $23.93/hour
