Job Description:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct nursing care to the inmate population in a secure correctional setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of an RN or physician and in collaboration with correctional staff to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate medical care.
Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional facility

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor inmate health status and report changes
-
Perform intake screenings, vital signs, and basic assessments

Respond to medical emergencies

Maintain accurate medical documentation
Requirements:

Active LPN license (state-specific)
-
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (corrections)

BLS certification required
-
Ability to work in a secure and fast-paced environment
-
Must pass a ********* ***** and facility clearance

This position is located inside a Prison facility

Pay Rate
$37.48 - $42.36/hour
