Job Title: Travel LPN – Nursing Home / Long-Term Care
Shift: 7 AM to 7:30 PM
Days: Mon, Wed, Fri
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to residents in a nursing home or long-term care (LTC) setting. The LPN will assist in daily nursing operations, support RN staff, and ensure compliance with all facility and state regulations.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor and record residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.

Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Follow all infection control, safety, and nursing protocols.

Participate in care planning and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered LPN license in the working state.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Nursing Home or LTC facility (preferred).

Current BLS/CPR certification.

Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills.

Flexibility to work various shifts as required (including weekends/holidays).
Pay Rate
$24.57 - $27.77/hour
