Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse to provide hands-on nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings. The LPN will monitor patient health, administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and work closely with the healthcare team to support patient well-being and recovery.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring and basic nursing procedures.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

Document patient conditions, observations, and care provided accurately.

Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members to coordinate care.

Educate patients and families on care plans and health management strategies.
Qualifications:

Current LPN license (active and unrestricted).

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.

Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Pay Rate
$24.57 - $27.77/hour
