Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. The LPN will assist with patient assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support daily care needs, and help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities.

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition.

Support wound care, specimen collection, and other clinical tasks.

Maintain timely and accurate patient records.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to support coordinated patient care.

Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
-
Current and active state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
-
BLS certification required.

Strong communication, observation, and organizational skills.

Experience in clinical, long-term care, or acute care settings preferred
Pay Rate
$24.57 - $27.77/hour
