Position Summary :
We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a multidisciplinary clinical team in Bernardsville, NJ. This role is ideal for a skilled and caring therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their overall quality of life. You’ll be working in a supportive environment that values patient care and individualized treatment approaches.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and electrotherapy as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with applicable standards.
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals, exercises, and home programs.
- Participate in professional development activities and staff meetings.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (minimum requirement).
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the State of New Jersey.
- High School Diploma.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Availability to work 32 guaranteed hours per week across Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (Fixed once determined).
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
- Experience with orthopedic rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
- Proficiency in manual therapy, electrotherapy, and pain management techniques.
- Familiarity with designing physical therapy treatment programs.
- Strong patient assessment skills and the ability to adapt plans as needed.
Pay Rate
$60.00 - $65.00/hour
