Licensed Behavioral Health Professional
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals across diverse populations. The professional will assess behavioral health needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support emotional well-being, recovery, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and psychosocial evaluations
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based practices
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when required
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, and support staff
• Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and clinical protocols
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCPC, Psychologist, or equivalent)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Experience providing clinical behavioral health services in outpatient, inpatient, or community settings preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and crisis intervention techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered behavioral healthcare
Pay Rate
$48.12 - $53.00/hour
