Licensed Behavioral Health Professional
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to provide mental health support and therapeutic services to individuals with behavioral or emotional challenges. The professional will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, provide counseling, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to support recovery and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate behavioral and mental health needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.

Provide individual, group, or family counseling sessions.

Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Educate patients and families on coping strategies and mental health management.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications:

Current license in behavioral health, counseling, social work, or a related field (active and unrestricted).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited program.

Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral or mental health settings preferred.

Strong communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Pay Rate
$46.17 - $49.37/hour
