Client can cancel 1 shift every 6wks
Location: Evanston, IL
Start: ASAP
Bill Rate $120 before fees
Class/Area: Interventional Radiology Tech- Neuro experience preferred- Please highlight on submittal
Desired Start Date: Late March start
Length of Assignment: 13 wks
Call Bill Rate: $10 before fees
Hours per Week: Full time,
Schedule Details:Day shift between 8hr/10hr hour shifts
Weekend Rotation: no weekends unless on call
On-call Requirements: On call for neuro with 30 min call back time and IR body 45 min call back time
On call: One weekend(F-Su) and one weekend day as 3rd man
Call recap:taking up to 9 call days a month, with one weekend in a 4-week schedule (fri-sun) and third man varies but included in the 9 days total.
Experience Required: 2 plus years, Neuro experience- Highly preferred
License Required: IL Lic IEMA license
Certificates Required: BLS, ARRT
