Registered Nurse (Progressive Care Unit - PCU)
We are seeking a skilled PCU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialized nursing support. The RN will assess patient conditions, administer medications, interpret clinical data, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective treatment in a progressive care environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients with moderate to high acuity needs.

Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient responses to treatment.

Administer medications, therapies, and interventions as prescribed.

Document assessments, clinical changes, and patient progress accurately.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations.
Qualifications:

Current and active RN license.

Experience in PCU, step-down, telemetry, or critical care preferred.

Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Pay Rate
$61.54 - $64.74/hour
