Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN)
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in an acute care setting. The ICU RN will closely monitor patient conditions, administer complex treatments, respond to life-threatening situations, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure safe, high-quality, and patient-centered outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuous monitoring of vital signs and patient status
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and advanced life-support treatments
• Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and care processes as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Adhere to ICU protocols, patient safety standards, and infection control practices
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in ICU, critical care, or high-acuity clinical settings preferred
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
• Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality critical care
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
