Job Details
Duties:
This position will present a professional appearance to all visitors to the Human Resources Department. They will be in charge of badges, clerical duties like collecting ID’s and offer letter signatures from new hires. Primary source verification of licenses, creating flyers, placing orders, etc. 1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
2. Prepares the Front Lobby on a daily basis for opening and closing.
3. Processing new hires following their employee health visit – getting paperwork signed & taking pictures/printing their badges – clipping it onto a GO packet and giving it to the appropriate HRSR.
4. Create the badges for all vendors, employees, contractors, students and volunteers.
• The HRSR would provide this person with the PAF so they could input the badge information into the badge machine so access and titles are all ready for the picture to be taken
• This person would be responsible for all Non-employee Badge Access forms as well
5. Put together GO packets
6. EDD SDI/Paid Family Claims
7. Take over longevity: creating flyers, ordering plates, making the monthly packets.
8. Keep the HR section of Ikenet updated, cost center distribution list, contact list, HR File library, etc.
9. Licensure report – Primary Source verification and updating Workday.
10. Place supply orders.
11. Place work orders.
12. Mail:
• Mail - runs, sort, and distribute
• Process/address/certified mailing letters for HR Reps and Managers i.e. LOA letters, termination letters, etc.
13. Make the HRSR phone schedule.
14. Assist with special projects.
15. Other duties as assigned

Education:
• Education Required: Highschool, GED or Higher Level Degree
• Experience Required: Computer and telephone experience, Medical or general Front Office experience, 2 years minimum, excellent customer service;
• 2-3 years of HR experience preferred
