Job Description:
Occupational Therapist needed to provide one-on-one therapy care for patients in their home setting!
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and colleagues to ensure a person’s needs are met.
Provide occupational therapy care to a broad cross-section of clients living in central Vermont.
Offer education and support to individuals to help them set and reach their goals of care.
Support your clients’ desire to maintain their independence and to live in their own home.
Requirements:
Vermont OT licensure
Home Health experience
McKesson/Netsmart EMR experience preferred
We are looking for a candidate with no requested time off.
