Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (000360) provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives. This role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information while supporting executive-level functions efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately create, edit, format, save, and print documents using Microsoft Word and Excel

Prepare executive presentations, reports, and meeting materials using Microsoft PowerPoint

Maintain, update, and manage records and databases using Microsoft Access
-
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior-level executives
-
Manage and organize electronic and hard-copy files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of executive documents and correspondence

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and executive communications as required

Perform additional administrative and executive support duties as assigned
Job Requirements / Qualifications -
Demonstrated ability to accurately create, edit, save, and print documents using Microsoft Word and Excel

Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Access

Capable of supporting senior-level responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism

Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Pay Rate
$56.64 - $61.52/hour
