Job Details
We are looking for a licensed Pharmacist to join our healthcare travel team, supporting facilities across Kansas with short-term clinical assignments. You will be responsible, but not limited to, the following duties, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of medication therapy.
What you’ll do:

Review, verify, and dispense medication orders accurately.

Counsel clinical staff or patients on proper medication usage when needed.

Maintain compliance with controlled substance rules and documentation.

Support multidisciplinary care teams with medication therapy guidance.

Monitor for adverse reactions, interactions, or dosing concerns.

Document clinical and dispensing activities in the facility’s EMR or pharmacy system.

Manage inventory, storage conditions, and medication safety standards.
Requirements:

Active Kansas State Board of Pharmacy License in good standing.

Knowledge of federal and state medication regulations.

Strong accuracy, communication, and clinical judgment.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with clinical teams.

Flexible scheduling including weekends or clinical shift coverage if required by assignment.
Pay & Contract Details (Realistic Market Data):

Estimated Pay Range: $55.00 – $68.00/hour depending on assignment and experience.

Weekly Gross Estimate: $2,200 – $2,720/week (40 hrs, non-OT).

OT Rate (if applicable): $82.50 – $102.00/hour.

W-2 contract with stipend options depending on assignment type.
