We are seeking a licensed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8-week contract in Indiana, with possible 4–8 week extensions based on performance and facility demand.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Administer medications safely under provider or RN delegation.

• Monitor patients and record vital signs, symptoms, and intake/output.

• Support wound care, injections, catheter care, and clinical procedures within LPN scope.

• Communicate clinical changes to supervising Registered Nurse or provider promptly.

• Document care accurately in the facility’s EMR system.

• Participate in shift handoffs while following medication safety and patient care standards.

Requirements:

• Active Indiana State Board of Nursing License in good standing.

• 1–2 years of recent clinical experience preferred for contract roles.

• Strong communication, accuracy, and adaptability with new teams and systems.

Pay & contract details (realistic market data):

• Hourly Pay Range: $29.00 – $40.00/hour

• Weekly Gross (40 hrs): $1,160 – $1,600/week

• OT Rate (if available): $43.50 – $60.00/hour

• Contract Length: 8 weeks, W-2 contractor, 40 hrs/week expected.

Possible extensions:

• 4–8 additional weeks may be offered based on reliability, documentation quality, and clinical performance.
