Director of Nursing (DON)
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead and oversee nursing operations while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The DON will provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, maintain care standards, and ensure compliance with organizational policies that promote safety, excellence, and positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.

Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and care standards.

Recruit, train, mentor, and support nursing staff to foster professional growth and strong team performance.

Monitor staffing levels, coordinate schedules, and ensure adequate coverage for patient needs.

Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Review patient care data, quality indicators, and clinical reports to identify improvement opportunities.

Promote a positive, respectful, and patient-centered care environment for staff and patients.

Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, clinical best practices, and all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven leadership experience in nursing administration or management.

Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient care standards, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Compassionate, team-oriented approach with the ability to support staff and manage complex clinical environments.
Pay Rate
$67.13 - $72.00/hour
