Position Summary:
Our luxury med spa in Rosedale is seeking a board-certified Dermatologist to deliver aesthetic and clinical dermatology services in an upscale, high-demand environment. This is a self-directed, revenue-sharing opportunity where you can set your own hours and focus exclusively on patient care, while the spa takes care of operations, marketing, and scheduling. It’s a perfect fit for professionals who want to grow their practice with no overhead and full autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert dermatological consultations and aesthetic treatments.
• Administer dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and cosmetic injectables (preferred).
• Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust, discretion, and outstanding service.
• Collaborate with an experienced support team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, trends, and procedures in cosmetic dermatology.
Required Qualifications:
• Board-certified Dermatologist (Required).
• Licensed to practice in Ontario.
• Strong clinical judgment, patient-focused mindset, and an eye for aesthetics.
• Passion for skin health, beauty, and wellness.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with dermal fillers and neuromodulators.
• Prior experience working in luxury or boutique med spa environments.
Schedule & Work Hours:
• Available Days: Monday to Friday.
• Shifts: Up to 12 hours per day.
• Total Hours: Flexible, up to 60 hours per week.
