CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to perform high-quality computed tomography imaging procedures in support of accurate diagnosis and patient care. The CT Technologist will operate CT equipment, ensure patient safety and comfort, follow imaging protocols, and collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to deliver timely and precise diagnostic results.
Responsibilities:
• Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established imaging protocols
• Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate CT imaging equipment and ensure optimal image quality
• Administer contrast media as required, following safety guidelines and protocols
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate care as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and procedure logs
• Follow radiation safety standards and infection control practices
• Assist with equipment maintenance, quality control checks, and room preparation
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted state license or certification as a CT Technologist, as required
• ARRT (CT) certification preferred or required per facility standards
• Experience in computed tomography imaging in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging techniques, anatomy, and radiation safety
• Ability to administer contrast safely and respond to patient needs
• Excellent communication, patient-care, and technical skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Commitment to accuracy, patient safety, and high-quality diagnostic imaging
Pay Rate
$75.93 - $80.81/hour
