Clinical Lab Technologist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Lab Technologist to perform laboratory testing that supports accurate diagnosis and patient care. The technologist will conduct routine and specialized tests, analyze results, maintain lab equipment, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, urinalysis, and immunology as assigned.

Accurately analyze and verify test results before reporting.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

Follow established quality control procedures and participate in proficiency testing.

Document all testing activities in accordance with laboratory policies and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with clinicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to support timely patient diagnosis.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
Qualifications:

Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist or equivalent required (ASCP preferred).

Experience in clinical laboratory testing preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work accurately under time constraints and follow strict testing protocols.

Proficiency with laboratory equipment and electronic laboratory systems.
Pay Rate
$63.70 - $68.58/hour
