Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support the delivery of quality rehabilitative care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The COTA will assist with treatment plans, help patients develop or regain daily living skills, and contribute to a safe, encouraging therapy environment.
Responsibilities:

Carry out therapeutic activities and treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist.

Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and functional task practice.

Document patient progress accurately and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.

Help assess patient needs and recommend adjustments to treatment approaches.

Collaborate with the care team to support patient goals and promote independence.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
Qualifications:

Current certification and state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Previous experience in rehabilitation or therapy settings preferred.

Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Pay Rate
$16.50 - $16.50/hour
