Bill Rate: $120
Call Rate: $10 (Before AV fees; minimum call back: 2 hours)
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Schedule Details: 10-hour day
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Shift and Time: Four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with a rotating day off
Weekend Rotation: Rotating on-call (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
On-Call Requirements: 6–8 days per month, including one weekend; 30-minute call back time; minimum call back: 4 hours
Holiday Requirements: As needed
Experience Required:

5 years of recent Cath Lab experience
-
Experience in multi-specialty lab
-
High proficiency in EP / Cath / IR
Client Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel 1 shift within a 6-week period
License Required: ARRT
Certifications Required: BLS / ACLS
