Job Details
Location:Glenview, IL
Class/Area: CLT
Bill Rate $120 before AV fee
Call Bill Rate $10 before AV fee
Desired Start Date:within 2weeks
Length of Assignment:13 weeks
Schedule Details:10 hr Day
Hours per Week: 40hrs
Shift and Time: 4- 10 hour shifts with rotating day off
Weekend Rotation: rotating on call (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
On-call Requirements: Call 2-3 days during the week and call every 3rd weekend Call back time 30 minutes, minimum call back 4hrs
Holidays Requirements: as needed
Experience Required: 5 year recent Cath Lab exp, multi-specialty lab and need high experience nurses in EP\Cath\IR
Client can cancel 1 shift in a 6wks period
License Required: ARRT, IL License
Certificates Required: BLS / ACLS
Needed to Submit: Current resume, 1 reference from a Cath Lab supervisor within a year, skills checklist, verification of IL lic
