Job Description:
Responsible for evaluating and reassessing PT caseload and supervising PTAs. Working in a fast-paced environment with a skilled population that includes subacute-level patients (trachs, vents, gtubes). Completing timely documentation for compliance. Collaborating with therapists and nursing staff to establish appropriate plan of care. Open communication with patients and family regarding goals, progress and discharge plans.
