Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care. The COTA will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional abilities, regain independence, and achieve their therapeutic goals.
Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist.

Provide therapeutic activities to enhance mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills.

Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes or concerns to the supervising OT.

Support patient education on exercises, equipment use, and home care techniques.

Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive therapy environment for patients.
Qualifications:

Current COTA license or certification (active and unrestricted).

Experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, acute care, or long-term care settings preferred.

Strong communication, patient interaction, and documentation skills.

Ability to follow treatment plans and work effectively as part of a therapy team.
Pay Rate
$54.22 - $57.42/hour
