Job Description:
PT needed 6-8 hours a day. M-F. 90% Productivity. MUST HAVE SNF EXP. TO GET THE POSTED BILL RATE*** 13-week or 26- week need. 4 hours unbillable orientation. *** completion bonus after a 26-week contract and a *** gift card to the agency once the candidate walks through the facility door.
