Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (Assistant Director of Rehab)
We are seeking a motivated and supportive Assistant Director of Rehab to help oversee daily therapy operations and ensure high-quality rehabilitative care across physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. The Assistant Director will assist with staff coordination, workflow management, and clinical quality while supporting a positive and efficient department environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist with managing day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department.

Support therapy staff with scheduling, workflow guidance, and clinical needs.

Monitor caseloads, productivity, and documentation accuracy.

Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and providers to coordinate patient care.

Help train, onboard, and support team members.

Participate in quality improvement efforts and ensure adherence to therapy standards.
Qualifications:

Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.

Experience in rehabilitation settings; leadership experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team and support department operations.
Pay Rate
$17 - $17/year
